First lockdown was all about sourdough, remember? This time I’m working my way through different styles of bread which is a lot more fun. The other day it was Nigella’s old-fashioned sandwich loaf which is ace. This one’s a crispy bacon and cheddar soda bread from the @cotswoldflour website which truly couldn’t be easier and is also deliciously cheesy. And bacony obvs. I suggest you treat yourself to one this week. (I’m actually waiting for some fresh yeast to come in so I can make a baguette.
