Another epic night at our Collaborative Cooking Club. The theme was game (with a backtrack of Christmas carols) and the menu a partridge, beetroot and walnut salad from @barnyhaughton , gnocchi with venison and wild boar ragu from @sapsedluke and me, a magnificently lavish multi-layered chartreuse of game from @xantheclay and a chestnut and chocolate Mont Blanc from Caroline. We all pitch in and help with each other’s dishes though. Wines - including Chambolle Musigny and Bandol - weren’t too shabby either.
