Very good Jerusalem artichoke salad @anglothai yesterday alongside a great aubergine dish. Preceded by eye-wateringly hot oysters and a very good tempura lemongrass sausage - the only time I’ve fancied a battered sausage. Enjoyed the Thai elements more than the Anglo ones but set menu so you don’t get to choose.
