I seriously think I could eat vitello - or pork - tonnato a couple of times a week at this time of year. It’s the most perfect summer food. Great bruschetta too. Amazing how the wines stood up to such deeply flavoured sauces devised with great skill by @jonny5lake without even having tasted the wines. Absolutely love the guest bar and lounge which includes some very high quality drinks and snackage in the honesty bar in the form of tinned fish, olives, nuts and turron amongst other yummy things.
