The £25 fixed price lunch @wilsonsbristol is one of the best bargains in Bristol. Crab tart, wicked little crunchy potatoes, chalk streak trout tartare, pigeon, custard tart with rhubarb. It has a Michelin green star. It should have a full blown one, arguably two. Great to skive with @emmalphabet
