Many congrats to the immensely talented Todd and Maugham of @trethowansdairy who were awarded Best British Cheese at the #worldcheeseawards for their Pitchfork cheddar. It also won Best Extra Mature Cheddar and Best Traditional Mature Cheddar and picked up 2 super golds! Great to see a new cheese do so brilliantly. #regram.
