Fantastic meal and some terrific wines @tenutafa. Perfect salad with cheese, pancetta, figs and walnuts - great with their lightly wooded alvarinho followed by the most amazing dish of pork, linguiça toscana, beans and shredded greens with their touriga nacional. AND a dish of beef and rice to go with their top wine GOAT which stands - tongue in cheek - for Greatest of All Time. The two young winemakers who own it started making wine in a basement and are still only 26 and 27. The chef @luandamiano, like most of the people they work with, is a mate. This is the rather gorgeous @grupomiolo wine garden and the view from the top of the tower. There are luxurious little pods dotted around the grass where you can recline like a Roman emperor (or empress) and drink sparkling wine.
