Both ends of a fabulous wine dinner @spring_ldn this week with wines from @domaine.hugo and veg from @fernverrow. Much more than a conventional wine dinner - a really insightful discussion about the philosophy of organic and biodynamic farming and viticulture. Absolutely loved this dish of salt-baked kohlrabi with herbs and fig-leaf oil and the honey custard tart with elderflower fritters that finished the meal. The wines were really amazing too #guest

Genius idea from Ingrid of @dunleavyvineyards to label her Somerset rosé with images and QR codes from 5 different Bristol bands so you can tune in as you sip. I reckon I’d listen to @me_madly or @alexgardenmusic with it depending what mood I was in. #musicandwinepairing
