Didn’t get round to eating this stupendous @meatpeter Glenarm shorthorn sirloin steak yesterday so there was nothing else for it but abandoning meat-free - and alcohol-free - Monday. I reckon they could do with a bit of adornment by way of an egg wash glaze or a scattering of sesame seeds or grated parmesan but they’re pretty good as is. The recipe (which I’ll post on the website once I’ve decided the topping) makes 24-26 biscuits which sounds a decent amount but be warned.
