It’s a little ironic that just as Trump is planning a wall to keep the Mexicans OUT we cant get enough of Mexican food at the moment. Especially tacos.
I’ve been to two of London’s new openings lately - Breddos Tacos and El Pastor which have given me an insight into the best pairings for this incredibly moreish street food. And while there’s no reason not to drink wine it’s not my top choice.
Lager would be the usual go-to but Breddos has their own full-flavoured 5.4% version, Zirkus from Magic Rock, which they describe as a 'tropical lager' (right). Absolutely delicious and perfect with the food.
You can’t beat the classic kind in my book. Spot on!

Better than a red IMHO. Breddos stocks La Trienne from Provence which I really like.
