Given the intense contagioiusness of Omicron it seemed a good idea to have a low key New Year’s Eve celebration this year which took the form of a really lovely kitchen supper with my friend Jenny Chandler and her family.

Dismally bad pix of a mindblowingly good meal @awongsw1 last night - a 26 dish (though I lost count) banquet divided into six collections of extraordinary tastes and textures. Plus a wine pairing with each course including a glass of Dom Pérignon. Meal of a lifetime. Feel incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to try it.
