Laksa is one of those dishes you hesitate to pair with wine being both a soup and really spicy but the pairing I came across at the Pegasus Bay wine dinner at The Providores the other night was spot on.

Dismally bad pix of a mindblowingly good meal @awongsw1 last night - a 26 dish (though I lost count) banquet divided into six collections of extraordinary tastes and textures. Plus a wine pairing with each course including a glass of Dom Pérignon. Meal of a lifetime. Feel incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to try it.
