One of my favourite men in food alongside one of my favourite alcohol-free drinks (a bottle I always have open at home). Hugely excited to try the new limited edition @botivodrinks has produced for @ottolenghi . It’s refreshingly dry and an appetisingly touch bitter like the original but flavoured with Ottolengi-ish ingredients including black lime, cardamom and pomegranate molasses. Available in their restaurants and from their and Botivo’s website. #guest

Not the most obvious pairings but these Japanese-style crudités, grilled aubergine with sesame dressing and assortment of sushi at a @winesgeorgia dinner @nijulondon last night all went wonderfully well with the Georgian orange wines. MTF on my website matchingfoodandwine.com.

These tuna and chilli lettuce wraps from @dahaewest’s new Korean cookbook Balli Balli really appealed and were just as good as the looked. A great way to jazz up a tin of tuna.

Extraordinarily delicious light, airy papanasi (Romanian cheese dumplings) with cream and wild blueberry jam @casabunicii.timisoara tonight. Surprisingly good -if you don’t have too sweet a tooth - with the elegant Bordeaux-like Cuvée Űberland 2021 from @cramelerecaseu which echoes the blueberry notes. #presstrip
