Both ends of a fabulous wine dinner @spring_ldn this week with wines from @domaine.hugo and veg from @fernverrow. Much more than a conventional wine dinner - a really insightful discussion about the philosophy of organic and biodynamic farming and viticulture. Absolutely loved this dish of salt-baked kohlrabi with herbs and fig-leaf oil and the honey custard tart with elderflower fritters that finished the meal.
