Fascinating pairing of @disznokotokaj wines with different dishes from @ramekinsandwine. The 2013 Disznoko 5 puttonyos was predictably good with a rich chicken and duck liver pâté, but the spicy pulled pork was a revelation with the 1413 Edes Szamorodni.
