One of the world's most popular cheeses, Brie can be mild and slightly chalky or decadently gooey and quite strong in flavour. Lovely to be back @caperandcure last night for the launch of their new menu which included this beautiful plate of Cornish seabream carpaccio with oyster mayo and blood orange, scallop with apple, crispy pork skin and asparagus and a lovely wobbly pannacotta with the first of the new season’s strawberries.
