Really excellent - if somewhat pricey - cheese, kale and baharat pide @oklava_ldn today. It really is the most perfect cheddar - deep and full of flavour but not too aggressively strong so lovely with a good glass of red (by no means true of all cheeses) as well as beer and cider, obviously. Toasts well too.
