Absolutely cracking birthday lunch @quince_westgate yesterday. . Cured Chalk Stream trout with cucumber dressing and trout roe . . Skate with bouillabaisse sauce and smoked prawns . . And basque cheesecake with summer berries All washed down with a couple of glasses of Albariño . Great little neighbourhood restaurant on the Kent coast. You really need 3 of your own. (They’re not quite as big as they look - I went in close to grab the pic!). Drank a glass of @filipa_pato Dinamica white Bairrada from Portugal with it if you were wondering which went perfectly. Just a touch of tropical fruit which offset the sweetness of the honey.
