As soon as I spotted that @mark_diacono had a recipe for pasta with runner beans in his glorious new book Abundance I knew I had to make it and it absolutely does my favourite summer vegetable justice. I also added - cos I agree with Mark it’s not quite the right recipe for Parmesan - a little air-fried halloumi which adds a bit of pleasingly salty cheesy crunch. And washed it down with a glass of Albariño. Well done, Mark. A really lovely, hugely readable book.
