Win 2 fantastic fish boxes from Mitch Tonks’ Rockfish

It’s always a bit of a dilemma what to put in our December competition. We can’t make it too Christmassy cos the winner won’t get their prize until after the festivities so we have to think to ourselves ‘what would I like in January?’ And the answer is something that’s healthy after all that excess but which still feels like a treat. Our December prize ticks both those boxes. It’s a couple of fantastic fish boxes worth £50 each from TV chef Mitch Tonks brand new fish delivery service Rockfish at Home, one of which you’ll get in January and the next in February. It’s the same super-fresh fish he sells in his restaurants - we can’t tell you exactly what they will contain because it will depend on availability and the weather but it will all be prepared and ready to cook with some delicious sauces and butters on the side.

The prize will also include a selection of Mitch’s amazing tinned fish - the first range that’s been produced from UK-caught fish and preserved with delicious oils and spices AND his new recipe book Rockfish The Cookbook which will inspire you to cook with all your goodies. And as if that was not enough there’s a restaurant voucher for £100 to use at any of Mitch’s Rockfish restaurants within the next 12 months. You can find a full list here but they’re all based along the south coast in lovely towns like Dartmouth, Salcombe and Poole - perfect if you're planning a West Country staycation.

The closing date for the competition is 11.59pm GMT on Sunday January 2nd 2022 and you must live in the UK and be over 18 to enter.

Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all subscribers of 18 or over, other than freelancers or contractors employed by matchingfoodandwine.com, Rockfish, their respective families and agents or anyone directly connected to the prize draw

2. No purchase is necessary.

3. Entries submitted through third parties or agents will not be eligible. Only one entry is allowed per person.

4. The prize consists of the fish boxes, tinned fish, cookbook and restaurant voucher described above. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives in whole or in part.

5. The restaurant voucher is valid for 12 months at any Rockfish Restaurant. In the event of any further lockdown in the hospitality trade they will extend the time limit accordingly.

6. The closing date for entry to the draw is 11.59pm GMT on Sunday January 2nd 2022. The winner will be drawn from the list of entrants by matchingfoodandwine by 11.59pm on Monday January 17th 2022 and will be notified by e-mail.

7. We ask for your name, email address and postal address in order to conduct the competition. We will delete this data as soon as the competition has concluded and the winner has received their prize.

8. In the event that you decide to subscribe to our monthly newsletter when you enter the competition, we will in addition record your name and email address in order to be able to send it out to you. You will be able to unsubscribe and ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

9. We accept no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries.

10. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
