One of the problems of recommending a wine that most people can only buy online is that they generally have to buy a case - either of that wine or others they haven't a clue whether they’ll like or not.

Dismally bad pix of a mindblowingly good meal @awongsw1 last night - a 26 dish (though I lost count) banquet divided into six collections of extraordinary tastes and textures. Plus a wine pairing with each course including a glass of Dom Pérignon. Meal of a lifetime. Feel incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to try it.
