Berr Can Chicken is GREAT! And honestly whilst the rub adds flavour it is still pretty tasty if you just proceed without a rub. The key always seems to be about getting the BBQ hot enough and keeping it there. Definitely the most moist chicken method.

How interesting to note that this is Christine's favourite recipe from the book. I got the book last Christmas (2011) and looked through for the first thing to try. This recipe grabbed my eye - I tried it and it was fantastic. I have made it several times since - often as just a worknight dinner as it is so quick and easy to make but it tastes wonderful. Everything else I've tried was great too. I have all her books and it's not overstating the case to say that I worship Christine Manfield! She's amazing.

I love it too. Simple to make. Big flavours. Typical José. Tapas is such an easy way of entertaining. If you're short of time you can buy most of it in and just make one really impressive thing like this.

This is brilliant, particularly as I was there last night with 5 other friends and we had pre-oredered the lamb shoulder. I love Jose's style of cooking and he uses flavours that work so well together without being took fussy or over complicated. A fantastic idea and I must make it to remind me just how good Spanish food can be!
