A Middle-Eastern inspired barbecue for eight

Although the focus this weekend will be on all-American barbecues here’s an alternative from my book Food, Wine and Friends for those of you who are looking for something a little different. The centrepiece is a spiced, butterflied leg of lamb served with a delicious Turkish-style bulghur wheat salad called Kisir.
